Neshima uses dance and performance to support the national curriculum as well as to encourage health and fitness. Neshima’s experience in bringing dance and performance into educational settings is vast and hugely recognized; working with professional dancers who have an abundance of knowledge and are diverse in their background, training and ethnicity. Neshima delivers a wide range of high quality and original creative learning programmes that engage a variety of ages and abilities with an aim to encourage creativity, have fun and increase technical and/or compositional skills through dance theatre.

Neshima can offer:

· Dance classes (1.5-2 hour contemporary, physical theatre)
· Workshops (half a day or full day)
· Intensive residencies (3 days, inclusive of curtain raisers)
· Devised choreography
· Tailor made projects

These accessible courses are aimed at a variety of participants within the community from schools and universities to youth companies and community centres. Each workshop or project is adapted to the environment, ability and need of the participants within primary schools through to professional level, exploring different styles of dance and movement.Workshops delivered reflect the creative process and the choreographic signature of the company with a team of experienced practitioners and dancers. Neshima can create and/or host a variety of exciting projects introducing exciting conceptual stimulus to promote positive development of participants involved.
