Neshima Dance Company, founded in 2009, is a vibrant conceptual dance theatre company based in Bristol led by artistic director/choreographer Batel Magen. The company examines and unpicks humanistic concepts and reconstructs them through physically intriguing dance, text and original musical scores; aiming to deepen the understandings of themes explored. Batel Magen seeks to push boundaries in her work through challenging technical physicality and by including emotional content from all involved.
